There is no minimum order value to checkout with Online Grocery Pickup. For orders under $25, a $5 handling fee will apply.
Yes, to checkout using Online Grocery Pickup, you will need to create an account to complete the order online. If you don’t already have an account, create an account and click on NEW SHOPPER.
If you wish to change any items in your order, please contact our Customer Service team either by phone 1-833-848-4437 or submit a form online. Please note that we are only able to modify an order up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time slot.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide order substitutions at this time. We will simply remove the item from your order.
Once you have placed your scheduled order, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received. When your order is ready, you will receive a call or email notifying you that your order is ready. 

If choosing to pick up your order using our Curbside Pickup service, park in a designated Curbside Pickup parking space and call the number on the sign to notify the store that you have arrived for your pickup. 

You can also pick up your order in store. Refer to your Ready for Pickup email for the specific pickup location in your selected store. There will also be signs in store to help direct you to the correct pickup location.
