New You have three options to look up the status of your order:
- Click the "Check Order Status" link from your order notification emails.
- Use the Order Status Lookup on the website by entering the order number and billing postal code.
- Login into your GT My Account and review your Order History.
Each order will display the status of the order and highlight any tracking numbers if items have been shipped. Additionally, when your items ship, you will receive an email notification that will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the package with any one of our courier partners.
Enter your address information carefully. Ensure it is correct, accurate, and up-to-date. Incorrect address information will cause delays with your order.
Shipping address can be any address in Canada and should include the apartment number (if applicable). Billing address and phone number must be identical to what’s on your monthly credit card statement. Include the apartment/unit buzzer number at the end of the address (2654 Giant Valley Ave. - Buzzer #567) (if applicable).
Please note: At this time, we cannot ship to a PO Box address.
Our delivery system is designed to ship products as quickly as possible, there’s a limited window during which an order can be cancelled. Once an order has been processed and it’s too late to cancel, you can easily return it to a Giant Tiger Store or through the mail by contacting our Customer Service team and requesting a return shipping label.
To cancel your order:
Please contact our Customer Service team and request a cancel quoting your name and order number; the Customer Service team will advise if this is possible.
Only part of my order arrived, how can I find out where the rest of my order is?
My Account Members can log in at gianttiger.com to view the status on the order under Order History. If you do not have an account, please contact our Customer Service team and they will gladly look into it for you.
We want you to love your purchase! Our promise: satisfaction guaranteed or your money cheerfully refunded with presentation of a sales receipt - no time limit. All tobacco, lottery, undergarments (underwear, swimwear bottoms, 1-piece bathing suits), disposable and reusable masks (defective masks can be exchanged), and gift cards are final sale.
Returns may be made at any of our store locations or directly to our online warehouse. If you wish to return an item you purchased online directly to the warehouse, please contact our Customer Service team and they will provide all the helpful information required to complete your return. When shipping a return, you must include the original or copy of the packing list. Be sure to save copies for your records.
Your refund will include the paid price (price minus discounts) of the item, shipping costs, plus any applicable sales tax.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of your returned product being received at our warehouse.
For items returned directly in-store, your refund will be processed immediately. Purchases made using Giant Tiger gift cards or PayPal will be refunded in cash.
For online purchases, we currently do not offer exchanges. We require you to return the original order and place a new order.

Giant Tiger also offers a Happiness Guarantee with our children’s fashion lines. If you are not completely satisfied with your kid’s clothing, simply return it along with your receipt, and we’ll cheerfully refund your money.

Only shopping carts full of only eligible products will see the option to select their local store during checkout.
Standard Giant Tiger gift cards can be purchased at ALL Giant Tiger locations and online. For online orders, physical Giant Tiger gift cards will be shipped to you just like other items ordered from our webstore.
In store purchases
We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Giant Tiger gift cards in all of our stores.
For online orders, we accept MasterCard, VISA, or VISA debit provided your card was issued in Canada or the US. At this time, we are unable to accept Giant Tiger gift cards as payment for online orders. We are working on offering this in the future. During checkout you will be asked to provide the telephone number associated with your credit card account (billing phone number). Please check to make sure you have the correct telephone number associated with the credit card account prior to using it to complete your online order.
The charge will appear on your billing statement as: Shopatron.
If paying by credit card, we’ll pre-authorize the purchase on your method of payment while your order is being processed to make sure there are sufficient funds; this will look like a hold on your financial institution’s account. The payment will be captured in its entirety once the order has started to be fulfilled.
Please note: If using VISA Debit or PayPal, the funds will be captured immediately without a pre-authorization. We suggest you contact your financial institution for more details if you have questions about how VISA Debit works.
All charges on your billing statement will appear as ‘Shopatron’.
Store pick up
At checkout, look for the estimated date for pickup for your store. Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee. You can check your order status for up-to-date information.
You will receive an email confirmation stating your order is ready to be picked up with all the necessary information.
If choosing an in-store pickup, your order confirmation will detail where in the store to go to pick up your order. Please be prepared to provide government-issued ID to confirm the designated pickup person’s identity. You may show your confirmation email via mobile device or a printed copy.
For curbside pickup service, look for our curbside pickup parking spots. You may choose to either text or call the number listed in the confirmation email or on the curbside parking signage.
Please pick up your order within 7 days. All products from orders older than 7 days will be returned to the sales floor and a refund will be processed.
Our opening hours can be found here on our website! Search for the store you would like to visit. Along with the store’s hours, you will have the address and phone number for the store as well. See you soon!
Each store tailors its assortment of products to better serve its community. To find out about the availability of a particular product, please visit the store and inquire at the Customer Service desk or speak with a department supervisor. Alternatively, you may contact the Customer Service team, please have the item number handy to allow us to assist you quickly and efficiently.
Ask to speak to a department supervisor, who will assist you in locating the item or suggest a substitute. Please note many of our items are one time opportunities and cannot be reordered. If you experience a problem getting assistance from a store associate, ask to speak to the owner or the manager. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact our Customer Service team.
Giant Tiger stores cannot be responsible for damages caused by carts.
At the register, present the gift card as you would any other form of payment. The amount you spend will be deducted from your gift card balance.
Our flyer distribution depends on the regions; most of our paper flyers are distributed on Wednesdays. You may also find our flyer on our website.
Please contact our Customer Service team with your full address including your postal code, and the store location so we can look into this on your behalf.
We are sorry to hear you didn’t receive your coupon, please contact our Customer Service team so that we can fix this for you right away!
If you don’t have access to a printer, you can bring in your mobile device to a Giant Tiger store where a cashier will be able to scan the barcode via the email.
Please note: Our coupons are only available via email; we cannot mail them out to you.
We are sorry to hear that you no longer wish to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by updating your preferences on your profile on our website or by clicking the unsubscribe link button at the bottom of any email.
Most of our Giant Tiger store locations participate in senior discount events for our 60+ customers. If you are inquiring about a specific store, we highly recommend contacting the Store Management team of your closest Giant Tiger for details. These events are different store to store and are run solely by the Managing/Operating team at that specific store. This allows the store to tailor their event to their community.
Ad Match Guarantee
Our Ad Match Guarantee means "We will beat the advertised price of any competitor" If you happen to find a local competitor offering a lower price on any identical item we carry in-store, simply show us their current flyer and we will sell you that item for 1 cent less than their price. Some conditions apply.
If an advertised item is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances, rainchecks will be provided if a similar item is not available at a comparable price. Rainchecks are not available for online products, limited quantity, special purchases, clearance items, or online offers which are available only while supplies last.*Not all items are available in all stores.

Once we receive the details from you, we will start the investigation into your concern. We ask that you give us 2 to 3 business days for us to follow up with you again.
Your receipt is your warranty. We suggest you keep your receipts in a safe place. The warranty period will vary for each item. If a problem arises within the warranty time, bring the item with the receipt to the nearest store for assistance. Please return the item in its original package whenever possible.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If the price has been lowered within 14 days of the original purchase, our stores would be happy to offer a refund for the difference via the original method of payment. Please note: you must have your receipt.

If you are looking to have sponsorship for an event, we ask that you fill out the sponsorship request form. The form will automatically be submitted to the responsible parties for evaluation. Please feel free to visit your nearest Giant Tiger store and discuss this request directly with the store owner or manager as sponsorship decisions are made locally.
GT VIP® is a unique and user-friendly loyalty program that gives members access to deals on in-store purchases, contests and partner perks. GT VIP® is available at all Giant Tiger stores.

At the moment, our models are hired through modelling agencies. The agencies vary and casting calls are made to those agencies from Giant Tiger when new models are required. If you are with an agency, please speak with your agent regarding possible casting calls in your area.
