How Shop Online and Pick-up in Store Works

1. WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIP TO STORE

All eligible ship-to-store products will be indicated by this message on the product pages.

Note: If the "Ship to my local Giant Tiger store" option is not available for selection, this means you have selected products that can only be shipped directly to your home.

 

2. CHOOSE A STORE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER TO

You can search for the closest store by using your postal code. Select which store you'd like to pick up your order at and we will gladly ship it there for FREE.

Note: If the "Ship to my local Giant Tiger store" option is not available for selection, this means you have selected products that can only be shipped directly to your home.

A $5 order handling fee will be applied to orders $25 or less. (before applicable taxes and shipping fees)

3. TRACK YOUR ORDER

The easiest way to track your order is to sign-up for a GT ID (my account) and use that for your purchase. Signing out with a my account allows you to go back and check the status of your order! You can sign up for a My Account here

If you purchase an order as a guest, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a link to the courier tracking page.

Note: sometimes your order will be shipped using our Tiger Trucking and tracking for your package will not be available. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team here

4. PICKUP YOUR ORDER

Make sure you bring to the store a printed version of your "Ready for Pick-up" email; we'll need to reference it for some key information. You can also show your “Ready for Pick-up” email on your phone.

For your protection, orders can only be released to the customer who placed the order. We cannot allow anyone to pick up an order on your behalf.

If you do not have your “Ready for Pick-up” email available, you may show a piece of Government issued ID or contact our Customer Service team to be issued another email.

Note: We recommend that you pick your order up within 7 days of the initial pickup notification email that your order is ready for pick-up. If orders are not picked up they will be refunded to the method of payment used for purchase.
