Delicious 6 Bean Salad with Maple Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Primo™ Mixed Beans rinsed to get rid of built-in sodium.
  • 1 Celery stick chopped
  • 3 Bell Peppers (Red, Orange & Yellow)
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Whole Tomatoes
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 bag of Parsley
  • Maple Syrup

Steps

Serves 2-4 people

  • Making Beans: Open can of Primo™ Mixed Beans, rinse out sauce in a sieve and pour only drained beans into a bowl.
  • Making Vegetables: Cut cucumber, tomatoes, celery, bell peppers into cubes and pour into bowl with beans.
  • Making Bowl: Mix beans and vegetables into bowl, add salt & black pepper to taste along with lemon juice. Top with chopped Parsley.
  • Additional Step (Optional): Add a tablespoon of Maple Syrup to balance out acidity of lemon juice.
