This role requires strong communication skills and retail store supervisory experience, ideally in a fashion environment.

Responsibilities would include:

• Buying and merchandising of products for all Fashion Departments
• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Inventory management
• Marketing
• Sale events planning and execution
• Supervising, training, coaching and motivating associates
• Staff scheduling
• Opening and closing the store on a rotating basis
