Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping to any Giant Tiger store across Canada. Simply pick-up and pay for your purchase in store. To find your nearest Giant Tiger location, see our

We do not offer direct-to-home delivery.

We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination.

• Ontario and Quebec – 3 to 5 days from the time of order
• Nova Scotia and New Brunswick - 4 to 6 days from the time of order
• Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC – 7 to 10 days from the time of order

These shipping times are only a guideline and are not guaranteed.

As soon as your order arrives in store, you will be contacted by telephone to pick-up your merchandise. Please note: due to limited space, orders will only be held for pick-up for a maximum of two weeks.

Your order can be picked-up and paid for any time during regular store hours. Simply present a print out of your order confirmation at the store’s Customer Service counter.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have not been contacted for the pick-up of your merchandise after two weeks from placing your order, please contact our Customer Service personnel at onlinecustomerinquiries@gianttiger.com and we will locate your order for you. Please include your full name, order number, and phone number in the email. Our Customer Service will contact you with a reply during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM EST, excluding holidays).

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please send your request to our Customer Service Personnel at onlinecustomerinquiries@gianttiger.com as soon as possible. We will reply to your request during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM EST, excluding holidays).

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every efforts to have all items in stock and ready to be delivered to your local Giant Tiger store. If we are out of stock and unable to ship the item, our Customer Service Personnel will email you and advise you of whatever options that are available.
