Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to any Giant Tiger store for a refund or exchange. There is no time limit on returns.

To ensure a smooth return process, please read the following guidelines:

• Please present your original sales receipt.
• Please ensure the product is in its original condition.
• Please return merchandise in its original packaging, with all parts included.
• Refunds will be given in the format in which they were tendered.
• Please note: upon inspection of the merchandise, its condition or its apparent age, Giant Tiger reserves the right to offer an exchange or store credit in lieu of a refund.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECEIPT (e.g. GIFT RETURNS)

• At the discretion of management, a store credit will be issued for products returned without a receipt.
• Store credit can only be used at the store in which it was issued.
• Identification is required for all returns where no receipt is provided.

WARRANTIES

All of the products featured on this website come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period will vary depending on the item. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information is provided with your product.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION

After purchase, you are encouraged to register your product directly with the manufacturer using either the mail-in card provided with your product or the manufacturer’s website. Registering your product allows the manufacturer to contact you in the event there are any product recalls issued on your purchase. Product recalls are posted on the manufacturer’s website as well as Health Canada’s website.
