Do you only ship to Giant Tiger stores?
Yes. Presently we only ship to Giant Tiger stores. We cannot ship direct to another address.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. We will ship your order to your selected Giant Tiger store for free! You pay only for the item(s) you ordered plus applicable taxes.
Do I have to pay taxes on baby products?
Taxes will be applied at time of purchase when you pick-up and pay for your item(s) in store. All customers are obliged to pay 5% GST on all products. Provincial sales tax will vary by province. Certain baby products (like car seats) are exempt from provincial sales tax.
Where is my nearest Giant Tiger store?

What is your exchange/return policy?
Giant Tiger wants you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please click here to review our Return Policy
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do! You may purchase Giant Tiger gift cards in store. They are available in denominations of $10, $25 and $50. Gift cards are redeemable at any Giant Tiger store location.
Do you take orders over the phone?
Not at this time. We encourage our customers to order online or to ask for assistance at your nearest Giant Tiger store.
Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
Absolutely. Upon submission of your order, you will be sent an email confirmation with your order number. Please keep this number as a reference and bring your email confirmation with you to the store when you pick-up your order.
How long before I receive my order?

My order is late, what can I do about it?
As soon as your order arrives in store, you will be contacted by telephone to pick-up your order. If, in two weeks from placing your order, you have not been contacted for the pick-up of your merchandise, please contact our customer service personnel at onlinecustomerinquiries@gianttiger.com and we will trace your order for you. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order arrives in store, you will be contacted by telephone to pick-up your order. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

What methods of payment do you accept in store?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, debit cards, Giant Tiger gift cards and Giant Tiger refund cards. We do not accept personal cheques or forms of payment other than what is listed above.
